Thanks to its 5-ply GRANITIUM Extreme non-stick coating that’s reinforced with durable mineral particles, the pan is scratch-resistant and easy to clean. It’s also dishwasher-safe. Nevertheless, we recommend gently cleaning it by hand to guarantee an optimal long life. Its premium-quality solid, forged aluminium saves precious time heating the pan. Is it suitable for use on induction hobs? Of course! If you have an induction hob, you will also save energy cooking, thanks to its radiant induction base that optimally distributes heat. The handy Thermopoint integrated into the handle changes colour when the ideal frying temperature is reached. Measuring 32 cm across, the pan offers oodles of space.
