This super-light 28 cm wok from the Alu Industry 3 series is easy to handle and can be cleaned in a jiffy. The ceramic Ceraforce® non-stick coating guarantees a good result with less oil. You are also opting for a scratch-resistant, PTFE-free solution. Only use accessories made of wood or silicone to prevent damage. The body made of forged aluminium is extra thick and extremely robust. Good for years of faithful service on all hobs, including induction. Thanks to the unique Radiant® base, the wok will remain stable, in perfect contact with the hob. Ideal for using as a wok, but also for steaming and stewing. The stainless steel handle is firmly attached and feels comfortable in the hand. Would you like to flambé? Then you need a wok pan without a non-stick coating too.
