INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bagel (approx. 80 g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 heaped tsp grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (granulated)

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Cut the bagel into thin slices and place in a bowl. Thoroughly mix with olive oil, parmesan, oregano and garlic. Spread the bagel slices evenly on the rack of the ZWILLING air fryer. Roast at 180 °C for approx. 6-8 minutes to crispy bread chips. Remove, allow to cool and snack with a cream cheese dip as desired.

Tip

This is also an excellent way to turn leftover baguette into bread chips.

Info

Fresh garlic would not mix so well with the bread chips and then burn in the air fryer, so resort to a granulated dried version.
