INGREDIENTS

  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 heaped tsp tandoori spice mix
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 150 g (5.5 oz) Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt, pepper

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat dry. Mix 1 heaped teaspoon of the tandoori spice mix with the oil and mix the chicken drumsticks thoroughly so that they are all covered with the spice oil.
  2. Place the drumsticks on the rack in the ZWILLING air fryer and bake in the "Poultry" program at 200 °C for approx. 12-15 minutes, depending on how brown you want them.
  3. In the meantime, mix the yoghurt with the remaining tandoori spice mixture and the lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve the baked chicken drumsticks with the yoghurt dip. This goes well with homemade French fries from the air fryer.

Tip

Tandoori is an Indian spice mix and consists of various spices, such as coriander, cumin, ginger, chilli and many more. It can be found in the spices section of a good supermarket or among the international specialities.
