15 g (1 tbsp) baking powder

8 g (½ tbsp) vanilla sugar or vanilla extract

50 g (1/4 cup) sugar

pinch of salt

3 eggs, medium-sized

200 ml (3/4 – 7/8 cup) milk

6 tbsp sunfl ower oil
HOW TO MAKE IT
Step 1/7
Sift the flour with baking powder into a bowl, add the vanilla sugar, sugar and salt and mix.
Step 2/7
Add the eggs and milk and mix until smooth.
Step 3/7
Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
Step 4/7
In a STAUB pan, heat 2 tablespoons of sunfl ower oil.
Step 5/7
Pour a suitable amount of batter into the hot pan, depending on the desired size of your pancakes.
Step 6/7
Bake one pancake at a time.
Step 7/7
Feel free to top with raisins or berries to taste.

TIP
If you like your pancakes even more fluffy, you can separate the eggs and whip the egg whites with the sugar until stiff, then carefully fold them into the batter.
