Disappointed
Ive always thought highly of Henckel products, so after years of having cheap non stick pans I decided to invest in Henckel thinking it would be better than most. Nope...same. Awesome at first but then starts to stick. Im careful how I clean my pans and never scratch them, this was a waste of money.

The worst frying pan you'll ever use.
Don't buy this, I'm telling you. It works great once and then you might as well just throw your eggs on the floor as it'll never work again. No amount of butter, oil, will power, or intergalactic strength can make this pan non-stick.
If you succeed in making over-easy eggs on these things, you deserve 6 Michelin stars and Gordon freaking Ramsay as your butler for a year.

The worst pans and terrible customer service
I purchased this pans and have only used these pans for a few times. Though the website stated these are non-stick pans, any type of food would stick on it every time I use it even after I added an excessive amount of oil to heat up the pans and tried to avoid the sticking issue. The stains are also extremely hard to remove and barely removed at all, even after washing it in the dishwasher with heavy mode and trying all sorts of cleaning solutions.
The customer service was terrible and was unable to address to my concerns. They would come back to you saying they cannot help with anything but to give you the same set of pans rather than an exchange to another pan with similar value, and that as long as they have the same sets of pans at their warehouse, we are forced to receive the same set of pans rather than an exchange. They do not understand the customer's concern at all and will not try their best to help and hear the customer.

Guaranteed to stick pans
These are by far the worst pans I have ever owned. Non-stick? No everything you put in them will most definitely stick no matter what temperature you cook at.

Horrible Pans
I own two non-stick frying pans, but I used them only a few times after I bought them two years ago at the Bay. They are horrible and are absolutely sticky pans.
