HENCKELS factory in Germany, these multi-purpose shears are ice-hardened using the special Friodur process and precision forged for long lasting blade sharpness. They have a durable, heavy weight construction with three integrated key functions: bottle cap opener, screw cap opener, and jar lid lifter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely amazing kitchen shears These are so well designed and constructed. This might be the last pair of kitchen shears I need to buy ever. If I knew these existed, I would have bought them sooner. Great leverage, do not need to apply a lot of force as with other shears to cut through the same thickness of whatever... just be careful for chicken bones, because they do slip (poultry shears are still easier for that).
