Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful. Sharp. I love this knife. It's gorgeous, very sharp out of the box, the handle is comfortable and perfectly finished and sanded. I like shorter length knives with taller bellies and this fits the bill. my only concern is like many others have said the blade is not straight. i could notice it just holding it the first time and after several techniques to assess straightness I confirmed it is off by a few degrees. That would definitely a huge bummer and I considered sending it back but will give myself a bit to see if it makes any actual difference when cooking
