With bright, ergonomically shaped handles and precision stamped, finely honed, high carbon "NO STAIN" stainless steel blades, these knives deliver long lasting cutting performance. The pastry/bread knife has a long blade with a sharp serrated edge that evenly slices through thick-crusted or soft loaves, baguettes, cakes as well as pastries.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from happy I purchased this knife more than 25 years ago .....and it still cutting fantastic. Its not fancy as knifes go but it does the job ever time. I'm so happy with this knife that I wish to purchase one as a gift after visiting a family member with a dull bread knife.
