The Compliance Helpline is available to our own employees, as well as employees of suppliers and other stakeholders. It enables the reporting of violations of the code of conduct applicable to the ZWILLING Group. Additionally, it provides advice in case of doubts about the Code of Conduct. In the event of concrete information, an in-depth review and necessary follow-up measures are initiated. The helpline is managed by an external ombudsperson. The confidentiality of your identity will be protected to the extent permitted by law. You can also submit your report anonymously if you wish. Further information can be found in the attached flyer.

To continuously improve the environmental performance of our supplying factories, we actively participate in the amfori BEPI (Business Environmental Performance Initiative). This program helps suppliers strengthen the understanding of environmental practices and manage the factories’ environmental impact. Additionally, it supports ZWILLING in creating transparency and driving meaningful improvements with our suppliers.
