Ingredients
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 large pear
- 1 kiwi
- 6 cm ginger
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 300 ml (1 ¼ cup) coconut water
- Agave syrup, to taste
Preparation
Wash baby spinach and drain well. Wash the pear, cut into quarters, remove the core and cut the flesh into pieces. Peel kiwi and chop coarsely. Peel ginger. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, remove the flesh from the skin with a spoon and place directly into the jar of a blender, e.g. ZWILLING ENFINIGY Table Blender.
Add lemon juice, spinach, ginger, kiwi and pear to the jar as well. Pour in the coconut water. Close the lid and activate the cocktail program or blend manually to the desired consistency.
Sweeten the smoothie to taste, fill into glasses, e.g. ZWILLING SORRENTO, and enjoy immediately.
