INGREDIENTS
For the Enfiniccino
- 200 ml cold espresso
- 200 ml cold milk
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 200 g ice cubes
For the topping
- 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 6 Amaretti
Preparation
- Weigh and measure all the ingredients, prepare them and place them ready.
- Add the ingredients to the blender jar in the following order: espresso, milk, sugar, ice cubes. Close the blender jar with the lid.
- Select the Smoothie setting and press the button to run the program. Or blend manually to achieve the desired consistency.
- Once the program has finished, remove the lid and serve the Enfiniccino in glass bowls. Add the vanilla ice cream, decorate with crumbled Amaretti and enjoy immediately.
Tip
Leave out the ice cream to enjoy the dessert as a cool refreshment with a quick caffeine kick.
