Ingredients

• 5 soft dates, to taste
• 50 g rolled oats
• 1 liter of water

Preparation

1. Halve the dates and add to the ZWILLING ENFINIGY Table Blender’s jug together with the oats. Pour in the water and put the lid on. Let the mixture swell for about 10 minutes.
2. Select the Cocktail program and start it at the push of a button. When the blending process is complete, remove the lid and pour through a fine sieve if required, and store in a sealable bottle in the fridge. Consume the oat drink within 4 days. Shake before opening.

Top tip

If consuming immediately, mix in a handful of ice cubes so that the drink stays cold during the mixing process.
