Honey Mustard Marinade

Ingredients
- 1 untreated lemon
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 6 tbsp coarse-grain mustard
- 3 tbsp liquid honey
- 2 tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Preparation
Wash the lemon, dry it and grate the zest. Stir together with the remaining ingredients until smooth.
Tip
The marinade goes best with poultry.
