Ingredients
- 1 small orange
- 1 small banana
- 2 cm ginger
- 150 g (5 oz) mango
- 100 ml (1/3 cup) coconut drink
- 150 g (2/3 cup) natural yogurt (or vegan yogurt alternative)
- Agave syrup, to taste
Preparation
Peel the orange, also removing the white skin. Peel the banana and ginger as well. Peel the mango and cut the flesh from the pit. Cut everything roughly into small pieces.
First add the coconut drink, then the yogurt to the jar of a blender, e.g. ZWILLING ENFINIGY Table Blender. Add the fruit and ginger. Close the jar with the lid, activate the smoothie program or blend manually to the desired consistency.
Sweeten the smoothie to taste, serve in glasses, e.g. ZWILLING SORRENTO, and enjoy immediately.

For a little more freshness, simply mix in a stalk of mint.
