Ingredients
- 75 g (2/3 cup) raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
- 100 ml (1/3 cup) oat drink
- 150 g (2/3 cup) natural yogurt (or vegan yogurt alternative)
Preparation
Sort raspberries, wash and drain well. Peel banana and cut into slices.
Place in the jar of a Power Blender, e.g. ZWILLING ENFINIGY, together with the remaining ingredients.
Close the blender jar, activate the smoothie program or blend manually to the desired consistency.
Serve the drink in glasses, e.g. ZWILLING SORRENTO, and enjoy immediately.
