Because superfoods don't have to be particularly fancy or come from far away: We'll show you how to blend a local superfood smoothie with fresh blueberries. Their blue pigment has an antioxidant effect and they are rich in minerals such as iron, calcium and potassium.

Ingredients

  • 125 g (3/4 cup) blueberries
  • 4 cm ginger
  • 30 g (1/4 cup) dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 heaped tsp chia seeds
  • 200 ml (3/4 g) chilled oat drink

Preparation

Sort the blueberries, wash and drain well. Peel the ginger.

Place in the jar of a blender, e.g. ZWILLING ENFINIGY, together with the remaining ingredients.

Close the blender jar, activate the smoothie program or blend manually to the desired consistency.

Serve the smoothie in a glass, e.g. ZWILLING SORRENTO, and enjoy immediately.
