Grapefruit and Rosemary Lemonade

Ingredients
- 4 sprigs of rosemary
- 4 pink grapefruits
- 2 limes
- 50 g sugar
- 200 g red watermelon flesh (roughly cubed)
- Coarse sea salt
- Ice cubes
- Grapefruit slices and rosemary for decoration
Preparation
- Wash rosemary, pat dry and strip off the needles. Peel grapefruits with a knife and add to the blender along with the rosemary, sugar, watermelon and water. Season with a pinch of sea salt. Put on the lid and start the Smoothie program. Remove the lid when the program has finished.
- Place the ice cubes, grapefruit slices and rosemary sprigs in the glasses and divide the lemonade evenly between the glasses. Top up with mineral water and enjoy immediately.
Top tip:
For a smooth consistency, strain the lemonade through a fine sieve before pouring.
