Peanut Butter Banana Frappé
This coffee smoothie is a great timesaver in the mornings because it combines breakfast and coffee in one.

INGREDIENTS
For the frappé
- 150 ml cold coffee
- 125 ml cooled nut milk (e.g. cashew)
- 1 tsp. (heaped) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 small banana
- 200 g ice cubes
For the decoration
- Ice cubes for the glasses
- 2 tsp. cocoa nibs
Preparation
- Weigh and measure all the ingredients, prepare them and place them ready.
- Peel the banana and coarsely chop.
- Add the ingredients to the blender jar in the following order: coffee, nut milk, cocoa, maple syrup, peanut butter, banana, ice cubes.
- Select the Cocktail setting and press the button to run the program. Or blend manually to achieve the desired consistency.
- Once the program has finished, remove the lid and pour the frappé into glasses filled with ice cubes. Sprinkle with cocoa nibs and enjoy with a straw (if desired).
