Staub La Cocotte 22 cm round Cast iron Cocotte dark-blue
Description
You simply cannot fail to succeed with tasty French culinary delicacies or even a delicious Hungarian goulash. These pans were specifically developed for slow cooking and are therefore perfect for all dishes that have to be cooked slowly. They are made of cast iron, which is particularly well suited for this purpose, as cast iron stores heat for longer, distributing it evenly and releasing it slowly. The dark blue STAUB cocotte also features an additional matt back enamelled coating on its inside. The enamel reinforces the pan's slow-cooking effect, for which cast iron is known, and makes your food even tastier and more delicious. Enamel, like cast iron, is extremely durable and hard-wearing, meaning that you can use your STAUB cocotte for many years to come. It is also suitable for all types of cooker, even induction hobs, and can naturally also be used in the oven. The round cocotte from Alsace-based STAUB has a diameter of 22 cm, a height of just under 15 cm and holds 2.6 litres. Use this pot to stew tasty dishes for two or three people. Simply serve your dishes directly at the table in this stylish oven-to-table cocotte: it looks good and, at the same time, keeps your food warm.
