Luckily, you don’t have to decide. STAUB put together a set consisting of a Cocotte, a braiser and a frying pan, complete with self-basting lid, that can be easily stacked and fits into every kitchen. The elegant white truffle colour, named in honour of the exclusive ingredient French chefs love, makes the cast iron products a highlight on the table, where they keep the food hot for a long time.
With their 24cm diameter, the products have the perfect size for one-pot family meals or for individual dishes in a three-course dinner. Get creative with a cauliflower steak with pilaf and roasted chicory, or make a risotto and shave some truffles over it.
