INGREDIENTS
Crumble:
- 200g wheat flour
- 120g butter
- 90g sugar
Fruit:
- approx. 500g fruit (e.g. berries)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Preheat the oven to 200° C
- For the crumble, put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Knead with a hand mixer or food processor until crumbles form.
- Clean, wash and sort the fruits. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with the brown sugar. Spread the crumble evenly over the top.
- Bake the crumble in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Remove and enjoy immediately warm or leave to cool completely.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream.
Tip:
If you like it a little nuttier, you can replace half of the flour with ground nuts.
