All the pans in this set are made with scratch-resistant 18/10 stainless steel. This makes them exceptionally robust and thanks to the special material finishing they are also dishwasher-safe. This set also has even more details in store for you, including stainless steel handles that sit well in your hand and remain cool for a long time, the non-drip pouring rims, the integrated measuring scale in the pan interiors, and the snug-fitting glass lids.
The pans feature a multi-layered SIGMA Classic+ sandwich base that distributes heat incredibly quickly and evenly. All the pieces of this set boast an elegant satin finish and they complement any cookware, both in professional restaurant kitchens and in homes.
Metal pan handles heat up when cooking so be careful when lifting pans and touching handles. Please use an oven glove, mitt or pot holder when handling hot pans.
