This set consists of a 3 piece ZWILLING Professional S set paired with a V-Edge knife sharpener to keep your knives in perfect cutting condition.

The ZWILLING V-Edge quickly, simply and effortlessly sharpens European and Japanese knives to a standard of quality and sharpness comparable only to professional sharpening with a whetstone.The V-shape arranged ceramic sharpening stones evenly sharpen the entire length of the blade without risk of damaging it.

The 3 piece knife set consists of a vegetable knife, a utility knife and a chef's knife. The blades are precision-forged from a single piece of steel and further refined by ice-hardening, which results in durable, corrosion-resistant knives with great cutting edge retention that can withstand extreme pressure.
