Description

The lid from the TWIN® Specials series fits all ZWILLING pans with a diameter of 30cm. Its rim and ergonomic handle are made of matt stainless steel. The glass lid can be used in the oven as it is heat resistant up to 200°c. It also features a silicone seal which prevents steam from escaping between the glass and the rim, enabling you to cook with minimal water.
