INGREDIENTS
- 800 ml water
- 2 tbsp. dried rose petals
- 4 tsp. Matcha
- 600 ml milk or soy drink
- Blossom honey, as desired
DECORATION
- Dried rose petals
Preparation
Pour the water into the ENFINIGY glass water kettle. Put rose petals into the tea strainer and insert.
Set the water temperature to 80 °C and the timer to 10 minutes.
Pour the Matcha into a bowl and add the hot flavoured rose water while stirring vigorously.
Pour into a tea glass, eg. SORRENTO, and enjoy pure.
For the Matcha Latte, froth up the milk or soy drink in portions in a milk frother. Sweeten with blossom honey as desired and pour onto the Matcha tea. Decorate with rose petals.
Tip
The Rosy Matcha can also be prepared excellently in an ENFINGY blender. First add the rose water, then the Matcha powder into the blender and mix with smoothie program.
