Asparagus salad
This super flavorful salad comes together in no time at all in the ZWILLING Air fryer. Simply add the marinated ingredients to the air fryer, switch it on, and sit back and relax!

INGREDIENTS
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 garlic clove, grated or very finely chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 bunch asparagus (about 14 oz), woody ends removed, cut on the bias into 2-in pieces
- 51/4 oz feta cheese, drained and cut into 1/2-in cubes
- 1 cup (about 5 oz) small yellow and red cherry tomatoes
- 2 stalks of fresh basil, leaves picked and thinly sliced
HOW TO MAKE IT
- To make the marinade, in a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, oil, salt, and honey. Add the garlic and season with a generous pinch of pepper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the asparagus, feta, and cherry tomatoes with half of the marinade, gently mixing so that all the ingredients are coated. Place on the rack in the ZWILLING Air fryer. Cook at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the asparagus spears.
- Meanwhile, add the basil to the remaining marinade.
- Divide the asparagus salad between 2 plates and drizzle with the remaining marinade. Serve with a crusty baguette.
Tip
If white asparagus is in season, try a combination of white and green asparagus in this salad.
