INGREDIENTS

  • 9 oz (250 g) frozen or fresh shrimp
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • Salt, pepper

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Defrost and peel the shrimp and remove the shells. Pat dry. Peel and finely mince the garlic. Clean, wash and halve the chili lengthwise. Remove the seeds and chop finely. Wash the limes, grate the zest of one lime and squeeze out the juice. Cut the remaining lime into wedges. Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves, chop and set aside.
  2. Mix the oil with the lime juice, lime zest, chili, garlic, salt and pepper. Combine with the shrimps and in the ZWILLING air fryer. Cook in the "Shrimps" setting at 325°F for approx. 8-10 minutes, depending on the size.
  3. Remove and serve immediately. Serve with baguette.

Tip

Cook large shrimp a little longer, approx. 10-12 minutes.
