INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cold espresso
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 Tbs. light brown sugar
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream (optional)
- 4 amaretti (optional)
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Add the espresso, milk, sugar, and ice cubes to the blender jar. Cover tightly with the lid, select the Smoothie setting and press the button to run the program. Alternatively, blend manually until the desired consistency is reached.
- Divide the affogato among 4 glasses if drinking or 4 serving bowls if serving as a dessert. For the dessert, add scoops of vanilla ice cream and crumbled amaretti. Serve immediately.
