INGREDIENTS

  • 25 g of ground almond flakes
  • 600 ml almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 15 g of cocoa powder (de-oiled)
  • 15 g date syrup

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Put the ground almond flakes in the blender and finely grind for 5 seconds using the pulse function.
  2. Remove the lid and add the ingredients to the blender in the following order: almond milk, cocoa powder and date syrup.
  3. Close the blender jug and push the “soup” program.
  4. Stop mixing after 7 minutes. Carefully remove the lid (caution, hot steam!), divide the cocoa into glasses and enjoy hot.

Top tip:

Ground almonds make the cocoa rich and filling. This power food has vegetable proteins and fiber, providing important magnesium and potassium.
