Mediterranean potatoes
These simple to make potatoes and pimientos are perfectly charred on the grill, then seasoned

INGREDIENTS
- 4 potatoes
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 handful of rosemary leaves
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- Stovetop smoker
- Smoking wood chips
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Preheat the grill to 355°F.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into ½-inch thick slices. Cut the bacon into slightly thinner but similar sized slices.
- Thread the bacon and potatoes onto the skewers alternately, sprinkle with the cumin.
- Place the skewers in the BBQ+ Grill Basket M and place the basket on the grill. Turning the skewers regularly.
- Finely chop the rosemary leaves and sprinkle over the skewers before serving.
