INGREDIENTS

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 handful of rosemary leaves

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

  • Stovetop smoker
  • Smoking wood chips

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Preheat the grill to 355°F.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into ½-inch thick slices. Cut the bacon into slightly thinner but similar sized slices.
  3. Thread the bacon and potatoes onto the skewers alternately, sprinkle with the cumin.
  4. Place the skewers in the BBQ+ Grill Basket M and place the basket on the grill. Turning the skewers regularly.
  5. Finely chop the rosemary leaves and sprinkle over the skewers before serving.
