Salmon and Lemon Skewers

INGREDIENTS
- 2.2lbs salmon fillet
- 2 lemons
- 14 lemon balm leaves
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- BBQ+ 5 Piece Skewer Set
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Preheat the grill to 320°F.
- Coarsely dice the salmon fillet (debone if necessary).
- Wash the lemons and cut into thin wedges.
- Thread the lemon wedges, lemon balm leaves, and diced salmon alternately on the skewers. Drizzle with a little lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the skewers directly on the grill for about 10 minutes, turning them regularly.
- The skewers are ready to eat as soon as the skin is nice and brown and crispy, and the desired core temperature has been reached.
