  • 2.2lbs salmon fillet
  • 2 lemons
  • 14 lemon balm leaves
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Preheat the grill to 320°F.
  2. Coarsely dice the salmon fillet (debone if necessary).
  3. Wash the lemons and cut into thin wedges.
  4. Thread the lemon wedges, lemon balm leaves, and diced salmon alternately on the skewers. Drizzle with a little lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill the skewers directly on the grill for about 10 minutes, turning them regularly.
  6. The skewers are ready to eat as soon as the skin is nice and brown and crispy, and the desired core temperature has been reached.
