These baskets allow us to do veggies, fruit and fish which sometimes fall through the grill grates. We have used other grill "baskets" in the past which were more like a mesh design but they were impossible to clean and food always stuck to them. These are stainless steel, cook very evenly and easy to clean. Between the 2 they are perfect sizes. We use them all the time!
