Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Bakes First and foremost my favorite thing about this stone is the size/shape. Too many stones are long and rectangular, making you conform the shape of your pizza to the stone. This one is almost square allowing for oval pies as well as round pies or several minis at once. The surface is amazing. I get such a crisp crust with an easy release. Its not just for pizza........once I pull my pies off ill toss on a crostata with fresh seasonal fruit that will bake up crisp and perfectly for dessert while we enjoy the pizzas.
