This pan is seriously superior to what we had before, even when it was brand new! I've used it for last 3 weeks as our only pan and not had 1 time food burn/uneven cooking or stick. Been hand washing that's how much I love this pan. Just added another set to this one and I am so happy. Glad I listened to reviews and went for it!

These pans perform exceptional and are durable. True Story: …my wife and I were distracted by each other while preparing dinner and were later interrupted by the smoke alarm. Needless to say, we had to soak the pots and pans overnight but they cleaned up and work like new. This is not manufacture recommended use but needless to say these pans, according to my wife, are amazing (she never used that term to describe a kitchen gadget before). It was scary but all is okay and the pots and pans work just like they did on day 1. Wish I could say that we learned from our mistake but this has repeated itself for a total of three times and yep, the pans are holding up. The neighbors are a little unnerved though. Dont hesitate in getting these, they are AMAZING.
