Nice solid carving fork. Good length for almost all meats, poultry. Forged from quality steel. It has a triple riveted handle, a comfortable integrated bolster. So it will last for decades. Even if it's not made in Germany, the steel is, and it's quality is unquestionable. I strongly recommend hand washing. It will keep it looking like new for as long as you have it.

Easy to handle
Bought this as a replacement for a standard carving fork with a longer handle and curved tines. This fork has flat tines making it easier to carve meats and the weight and size of the handle makes it easier to grip. I have small hands so the length was also a bonus for me. Definitely worth the investment.

Pleasantly surprised
Does what it is supposed to do. Has a very nice feel and weight. I wasn’t sure if I would like the fact that it’s flat but it fits nicely into the knife organizer which I appreciate. My only worry is that the handle might crack overtime. If it does, I guess I can send it in for a replacement!

Had to replace a damaged carving fork. My friend dropped her carving for from her set, on the patio and she was so disappointed that I was going to replace her set for her. I was so happy to see that i could get just the fork and it would match her carving knife... no fuss no muss!

Perfect Match
I wanted a carving fork to go with my Zwilling Professional S knife set, but I only had one empty slot in my knife block and the Professional S fork can only be purchased with a carving knife. This Henkels carving fork matches my set perfectly and could be purchased separately.

A big helper!
A very useful kitchen tool, either indoor or outdoor. Great stuff to have every kitchen should have, every cook will appreciate this German steel carving fork for its quality and durability. This is hard to find in every store, they get sold out as soon as we get those.

Carver Companion
