Made from the lovely brushed stainless steel that holds up well and is easy to clean. Nice long neck and handle so easy to maneuver.

This skimmer rounded handle feels comfortable, easy grip, manufactured with scratch free brushed 18/10 stainless steel and provides high temperature resistance. It's great for skimming, scooping, perfect for deep frying it'll drain excessive fat and liquid. Perfect for every Zwilling stainless steel cookware, works for Ballarini nonstick and any ceramic coated pots and pans. My daughter owns selections of this International kitchen tools, perfect for her apartment, lightweight, durable, and less maintenance.

I had never had a skimming ladle before but decided to get one and it's so useful! In addition to skimming I also use this for lifting things out of frying oil. The handle is round and comfortable and the stainless steel is great quality...all my Henckels utensils look great even after many trips in and out of the dishwasher.

I sometimes use it to scoop meat from its juices and it can definitely stand up to the weight of the meat, unlike the old plastic one. It has such a nice weight and looks great even after going through the dishwasher.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This skimmer is study with no flexibility - a trait I am always looking for. Yes great for skimming but I use to take bones out of stock so anything flexible won't work. Made from 18 /10 stainless steel, won't tarnish or rust and you can put it in the dishwasher!
