Good little boning knife. Enough flexibility and rigidity to maneuver around a chicken. The Forged Synergy line is an elegant line of forged medium-weight knives. They have graceful sculpted handles and an integrated bolster that makes them fit nicely in the palm and comfortable to grip. The double-riveted handles securely encase the full tang blade. These knives are forged from high quality German stainless steel and manufactured to the highest global standards. That means these knives are sharp and can resharpened again and again giving you years of enjoyment. High quality at a great price. Really good value.
Although they are dishwasher safe, I recommend hand washing them. They will retain the ‘just purchased’ look.

Great Boning BladeThis boning knife is great when working with poultry and meat. The narrow tapered end permits greater control as you work around muscle and bone. Forged bolster and contoured handle make it comfortable to hold.

Comfortable boning knife handle!A forged blade is flexible but durable, sharp, and sturdy. This Forged Synergy is fabricated from high-quality German stainless steel. This knife has comfortable grip on the handle for better maneuvering when deboning meat, fish, and poultry. Excellent boning knife for pork tenderloins, a rack of lamb, excess skin and fat for certain beef and pork cuts.

Synergy knives are a great way to get a value priced forged knife. They are sturdy and made from high quality stainless steel. A boning knife makes trimming meat so much easier. The blade is thin and super sharp with a nice tip for ease in maneuvering around bones and for trimming fat.

A great boning knifeThis is a great forged boning knife. With the 5.5” blade size, it’s a nice size to slice through smaller pieces of fish, and even better for slicing fruits and veggies. The handle on this knife is nice, a smooth transition from handle to blade for maximum grip and comfort.

Solid quality boning knifeI am very happy with this knife. The forged steel blade is very slim and strong allowing me to to get in close to the bone with very little waste. The handle is well shaped for my hand and the material is comfortable to hold and gives me a good grip.

I like the size and shape of this boning knife. Its made from German steel so durable yet flexible so you can get into the tight spaces between meat and bone. Also perfect for filleting a fish. Handle is super comfortable making it easy to grip.
