It is also great for variety of tasks, perfect for scooping butter and cookie dough. Depending on how you'd like to present your delicious recipe, using a scooper allows you to precisely portion foods and shape it. This makes scooping easier, I'd use this scooper for prepping food such as pastry filling, devilled eggs, and even particularly hard ice cream ice cream does easy slide off the rounded scoop. What is the scooper part of this made out of? What is it coated with? I see you have one that appears to be all stainless steel, but this one appears to be something else, even though it only mentions stainless steel.
