Each knife is very sharp and the handles feel secure in my hands even chopping a large head of cabbage. Would recommend! Have been very frustrated with inexpensive knife sets in the past so I decided to upgrade to a Henckels set and I don't regret it at all.

Oh my goodness, what a difference! I actually like cooking now because I don’t have to struggle to cut through anything. This set has everything you need. Highly recommend.

If you need the basic knives for cooking, this has the paring, utility plus a few more. It also includes scissors that all fit nicely in a wooden block. So far they are meeting our expectations especially for the price.

I recently purchased the 7 piece knife set for myself and I now know why he loves it so much. The knives are prefectly balanced and so sharp, it makes cutting things so effortless. I would never use any other knives again!

I look forward to using these knives. I don't really care for the scissors that are included in this set.
