Nice sharp knives
This set was purchased to replace some cheap steak knives that rust too easily. These knives have a nice polished finish with a sharp serrated type edge. I left one of these knives in water for a couple days which would rust my old knives and this polished stainless finish was great! No rusting at all! I haven't used these knives in meat yet but cutting an apple was not as easy as I expected. While the edge is sharp, the teeth grab making it a bit more difficult to slice an apple. Not really a bad thing, just different in how to cut. Overall, these knives are a considerable improvement from what I had before and I expect them to last a long time!

Perfect Steak Knife
Some steak knives are too heavy & bulky, while others are flimsy ….. not these. They are perfect! Well balanced! I love the fact that they are serrated because sharpening knives is not my
thing. You won’t be disappointed,

Great product!
Great product with affordable price.
I’ve had my original set with the block for over 25 years that have dulled out over the years from daily use and I will be replacing the larger knives one at a time as cost permit. In the mean time I couldn’t pass up this set of steak knives for the price at Bed, Bath & Beyond to replace the other steak knives and missing ones that have disappeared over the years!

Cut like a knife
We received these knives as a Christmas gift. I explained to my mom all that I wanted was a serrated knife that works. Trying to teach my teenage son how to actually cut a piece of steak instead of tearing through it. These work! they even cut tomatoes without problem. The last ones that I owned I said many times I thought they were made for people that were left-handed. It just seemed as if they only cut on one side of the knife. Horrible. So far after two days of use I can actually say I'm very pleased with this set of knives.

Looks Sharp!
Decided to finally upgrade our original Henckels Steak Knives after 18 years and we chose to go with the same brand since we had such success with the originals. The new set of Eversharp Knoves seem even sharper than the original. They are easy to clean and we look forward to using them for the next 18 years!

I have a set that is many years old and is still as sharp as the day I got them, they would have lasted a life time except for my husband who opens boxes with them and sneaks them out of the house to use in the garage for lord knows what? He has managed to lose 3 knifes and bend the tips on three more

The best knives anyone can own
I love these knives. I had a set I purchased over 10 years ago and only had 1 knife left. So I searched to purchase another set. Found the steak knives they are good for anything you might need to cut. I have purchased other brands not as good. I recommend this item. I love my steak knives.

These are by far the beat steak knives I have ever had. The weight of the knives are perfect. Fits well in your hand! Will buy again if needed.....but I think I'll have these for a while!

HOW FLEXIBLE ARE THE BLADES AND WHAT IS THE THICKNESS OF THE BLADE?
All of our Steak Knives are approx. the same thickness: 1mm thick and all have a normal flexibility. Not like a Fillet or Boning Knife.
