more space!
So I've had a block set of Henckels knives for a while and added to it over time. when I ran out of slots, I just started keeping the extras in a drawer. I realized I hardly ever went to the extra step of pulling those out, so I decided they needed to be in my line of sight too. I thought I would have to get a second block not realizing I could just get a larger one. one that could hold all of my knives in one place. this block did the trick, saving me counter space but getting full use of all my kitchen knives, and even has a spot for my shears, out of the drawer they came too!

Fits well and saves space！
I have several large and small kitchen knives, and the Chinese kitchen knives are the widest. I've been looking for a knife holder for wide knives and this holder fits perfectly. The widest slot can also hold several small knives at the same time. The angle of the knife slot is perfect for picking up and placing knives. If the height from the kitchen counter to the cabinet is not too high, this knife block is suitable. It is good to buy when there is a discount.

Good choice and good product!
I have been looking for a perfect storage for my kitchen knives and I am glad I have found the Henckels Hardwood Knife Block Storage. Though there are tons of other choices in the market either online or in-store, still, nothing beats the well known trusted brand when it comes to kitchen needs. Affordable yet long lasting products, plus aesthetically appealing too!

Thrilled!
This knife block is perfect for my kitchen knives and even fits my kitchen shears! The wood is solid and of good quality- this looks fantastic in my kitchen and now my knives finally have a home outside of their original packaging (where they lived for an entire year!). I would recommend this product to someone looking to store up to 10 knives.

Sturdy and practical
This knife block is nice and heavy with plenty of wide slots for all my knives. I like that it tilts at a lower angle so I can easily grab from it under my kitchen cabinets - my current cheap old knife block is at a higher angle so I have to tip it over whenever I’m grabbing a knife. Highly recommend!

Enough room for all your knives
This hardwood block fits nicely on the counter and is roomy enough for all your knives plus shears and a honing tool. Wood is the best option for maintaining the quality of your knives...don't fall for gimmicks like plastic slots or universal style blocks...traditional wood is the best option.

Great Use of Space
This block is a great option for anyone who has more knives than their current block can hold. The additional slot for a cleaver is a huge bonus since most blocks cannot fit them. The block fits a lot of knives without taking up too much counter space, which is very important in most kitchens.

A Home for All
Looking for a block that holds the variety of the different knives I own. This blocks fits the bill. My vegetable cleaver now can be stored in a block rather than in my limited kitchen drawers. Nice to have my knives in one spot and know that the blades are now well protected.

Why doesn’t it list the size of the slots? I wouldn’t mind seeing a picture of it with knives in it.

What goes in the big slot at the top of this block?
I do not own this knife block, but I would think a cleaver might fit the top slot.
