Berry Bliss Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
Smoothie
- 1 sprig of basil or mint
- 125 g frozen strawberries
- 125 g frozen raspberries
- 30 g raw cane sugar
- 200 ml orange juice
- 75 g natural yogurt
- 1 squeeze of lemon
Decoration
- 50 g fresh raspberries
- 2 sprigs of mint
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Wash the basil or mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves.
- Place the ingredients in the beaker in this order: frozen berries, sugar, basil or mint, orange juice, plain yogurt and lemon juice.
- Blend on high speed with the ZWILLING XTEND Hand Blender until the desired consistency is achieved, moving the blender up and down several times.
- Pour the finished smoothie into glasses, e.g. ZWILLING Sorrento, and garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
Tip
For a vegan option, replace the natural yogurt with a plant-based alternative such as soy or coconut yogurt.
