Pizza dough
A classic pizza dough that is very easy to prepare and provides the perfect base for crispy, homemade pizzas.

INGREDIENTS
- 300 g wheat or pizza flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast (7 g)
- 150 ml lukewarm water
- 1 heaped tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Wheat flour for working
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Mix the flour, yeast, water, salt and olive oil using the ZWILLING XTEND Hand Mixer with the dough hook. Form the dough into a ball, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for at least 1 hour, until the dough has doubled in volume.
- After the dough has risen, briefly knead on a lightly floured work surface. Depending on the size of your pizza, divide the dough into equal portions, roll out into a circle, or spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Top the dough as desired and bake the pizzas in the oven or grill until crisp.
Tip
The olive oil in the dough makes it more pliable and ensures a crispy crust.
