INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g wheat or pizza flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast (7 g)
  • 150 ml lukewarm water
  • 1 heaped tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Wheat flour for working

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Mix the flour, yeast, water, salt and olive oil using the ZWILLING XTEND Hand Mixer with the dough hook. Form the dough into a ball, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for at least 1 hour, until the dough has doubled in volume.
  2. After the dough has risen, briefly knead on a lightly floured work surface. Depending on the size of your pizza, divide the dough into equal portions, roll out into a circle, or spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Top the dough as desired and bake the pizzas in the oven or grill until crisp.

Tip

The olive oil in the dough makes it more pliable and ensures a crispy crust.
