Zwilling Return Policy Overview

At Zwilling, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our return policy allows you to return items within 60 days from the date of delivery.


Returns sent without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. Please be aware that return shipping costs are non-refundable. Make sure to follow our new return instructions, as we cannot be held responsible for returns sent without prior authorization.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be:


  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging
  • If your order was received damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please save all packaging and materials and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

The following items are not eligible for returns:


  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Visually imperfect items
  • Unsealed personal beauty items
  • Engraved items
  • Discontinued items
  • Warehouse sale purchases

Pack returns in the original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives at our warehouse in good condition.


Packages that are returned to us for any of the following reasons are subject to actual shipping and return charges. This includes the following:

  • Packages which are undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
  • Packages returned after 3 failed delivery attempts or unclaimed at the local UPS facility.
  • Packages which are refused or returned to sender.

To avoid additional charges, please double check your addresses and make sure the recipient knows the package is coming.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or size, please follow the return process requesting a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Our team will review your request and contact you via email with specific return instructions. If your order qualifies, a prepaid return label will be provided. Once our warehouse receives your return, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund. Replacement orders may take up to 2 weeks.

  • Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Follow the prompts to initiate the return.


1b. If you do not have an account



  • Click this link and enter your order number and email.
  • Follow the prompts to initiate the return.


2. Return Shipping:


  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Please include your return authorization slip inside your package to avoid delays.


3. Processing Your Refund:


  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
