To be eligible for a return, your items must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
- If your order was received damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please save all packaging and materials and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Visually imperfect items
- Unsealed personal beauty items
- Engraved items
- Discontinued items
- Warehouse sale purchases
If you choose to return your items via mail, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Returning items to a Zwilling retail store does not incur any shipping charges.
We accept returns within 60 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that items are in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
Once we have processed your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Currently, exchanges are not available through our online store. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning your purchase and placing a new order. You can also visit your local Zwilling store for assistance.
Our team will review your request and contact you via email with specific return instructions. If your order qualifies, a prepaid return label will be provided. Once our warehouse receives your return, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund. Replacement orders may take up to 2 weeks.
