No effort made to ship individual tools which ARE in stock. Received very delayed, dismissive response from company. No communication otherwise -- they just don't ship. Can't even cancel!!!

More than a month later, it still hasn't shipped and Zwilling took a week to say it is out of stock. The separate tools are available, but it hasn't occurred to them to send those. Horrible service. I will never purchase from them again. Do not recommend.
