Pots of soup, braises, pan frying - all perfect options for this sturdy dutch oven. I expect we'll have decades of beautiful meals cooked in this pot to come.

I can not find the defect, not that it would matter as it was not bought for display I expect to do a lot of cooking with it. I had previously purchased the 5 qt tall cocotte and both are excellent additions to my kitchen.
