INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g greek yogurt
  • 2 large bananas
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • neutral oil

Suitable toppings:

  • Blueberries
  • Pistachios
  • Coconut
  • Passionfruit
  • Dried orange
  • Sliced banana
  • Salted almonds

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Peel and slice the bananas.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the banana slices in it. Add the brown sugar and continue to fry until the sugar caramelizes.
  3. Place the bananas in a mixing jug and leave to cool briefly. Add the vanilla paste and finely purée everything with a hand blender.
  4. Pour the yogurt into a bowl and fold in the mashed bananas until it forms a smooth, creamy consistency.
