INGREDIENTS

  • 750 g curd
  • 300 g frozen raspberries
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • milk or cream

Suitable toppings:

  • Dried raspberries
  • Currants
  • Cacao nibs
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Dark chocolate

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Put the raspberries in a bowl. Add the sugar and mixeverything well.
  2. Once the raspberries are thawed, place them ina mixing jug. Then finely puree the raspberries with a blender.
  3. Pour the curd into a bowl, add the pureed raspberries and mix everything with a little milk or cream to the desired consistency.
  4. Finally, add lemon juice to taste.
