Its relative shallowness is ideally suited for a gratin of any vegetable; pasta with some sauce and a good layer of cheese on the top, even to bake a couple of fillets of salmon or chicken breasts. The density of the clay keeps the heat consistent and even so food cooks as it should. And best of all, clean up isn't a bother. Once around with a sponge and into the dishwasher it goes. With the ceramic, it is easy to clean, but it also does a great job of baking your dishes, freezing treats, and with it being ceramic, it’s very versatile with going from oven to table to fridge to dishwasher. A great piece to have, and with the matte white, it’s a nice look in comparison to the standard white look of ceramic pieces.

Can this 11 inch dish be used in an air fryer oven?
